Continuity
What it means for a function to have no breaks, jumps, or holes.
Continuity at a Point
A function $f(x)$ is continuous at $x = a$ if:
$$\lim_{x \to a} f(x) = f(a)$$This means the limit must exist, the function must be defined at that point, and the two must be equal.
