Conductance
Specific conductance and molar conductance describe how well an electrolytic solution conducts electric current. Kohlrausch's Law allows the molar conductivity at infinite dilution to be calculated from the contributions of individual ions.
Electrolysis
Electrolysis uses electrical energy to drive a non-spontaneous chemical reaction.
Practical Cells
Common examples include the dry cell, lead storage battery, and fuel cells — along with the electrochemical process of corrosion.
